Arthur Sanderson & Sons was founded in London in 1860, beginning as an importer of French wallpapers before printing its own. The company went on to become one of Britain's best-known makers of printed furnishing fabrics and wallpapers, and in 1940 it took over the Morris & Co. archive, keeping William Morris's designs in production.

Handmade using repurposed fabric, this bag is fully lined for daily use.

These pieces are made from carefully selected vintage textiles. Each fabric is inspected closely for quality and integrity, but due to age and original printing methods, very subtle imperfections may occasionally be present. These details are part of the fabric's history and character.
