Cambridge (Gabrielle Cie)

Gabrielle Cie was a mid-20th-century American fabric house that produced decorative printed cottons for the home furnishings market. Working in the tradition of high-quality American converter fabrics, the company offered a range of designs that reflected the decorating tastes of the era — from crisp conversationals and stylized botanicals to the bold pattern-forward prints popular in postwar interiors. Gabrielle Cie fabrics are prized today for their well-executed designs and the sturdy, print-quality cotton construction typical of American decorator fabric production of the period.

Made from "British Woven Union Linen", Cambridge is a 1970's print. This design, rendered in a fresh, garden-inspired palette, is made from authentic vintage Gabrielle Cie fabric.

Handmade using repurposed fabric, this bag is fully lined for daily use.

These pieces are made from carefully selected vintage textiles. Each fabric is inspected closely for quality and integrity, but due to age and original printing methods, very subtle imperfections may occasionally be present. These details are part of the fabric's history and character.
